Bleach Boys Cleaning provides residential cleaning services including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and special event cleaning across Seattle, WA and surrounding communities.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline service to any client at our sole discretion.
All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of the home. We will notify you of any material price change before beginning work.
We quote flat rates — not hourly. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, regardless of how long the cleaning takes.
Recurring clients (weekly, biweekly, monthly) receive a lower per-visit rate. These rates are contingent on maintaining your scheduled frequency. If you skip or cancel more than two consecutive visits, your rate may be adjusted.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to require payment before or at the time of service.
We do not require long-term contracts. You may cancel recurring service at any time without penalty.
Rescheduling is always free. Please provide as much notice as possible — at least 24 hours is preferred — so we can adjust our team's schedule.
You may cancel a scheduled cleaning at any time. We ask for at least 24 hours notice as a courtesy to our cleaning team. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access your home (locked out, no entry instructions provided, etc.), we may charge a trip fee to cover our team's travel and time.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with any aspect of your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no charge.
The satisfaction guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
You agree to provide safe and lawful access to your home at the scheduled time. You represent that you have the right to authorize cleaning services at the property. You are responsible for securing or removing any valuables, fragile items, pets, or sensitive materials before our team arrives.
Bleach Boys Cleaning is fully insured. If our cleaning team causes damage to your property through negligence, we will work with you to address it appropriately.
You agree to notify us of any pre-existing damage, fragile items, or special handling requirements before your cleaning appointment. We are not liable for damage to items that were already damaged, improperly installed, or inherently fragile if we were not informed in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bleach Boys Cleaning's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific cleaning service at issue.
By submitting a form on our website and checking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Bleach Boys Cleaning. This is covered in detail in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.
